UT: PC: controller delay input

From monday(after the update), again unplayable rivals/live events. I have controller delay like 4 secs. Tried everything from instructions which EA published here - nothing helped.... No problem in rush mode or squad battles. 

Can someone from EA respond at least? Can you finally fix it? I miss so much content.. I know that I am not alone with this problem, read plenty of same claims in here, but nobody responds ... 

Is it that hard, to admit that you have serious problem, aim on it and give valid compensation to the affected players? draft token is nothing,
