Wrong Season Reward Selection – Need Help

I hope you’re doing well.

I recently finished the latest season in EA SPORTS FC 26, and I intended to choose Tomori as my season reward. Unfortunately, I accidentally selected the pack instead.

I really, really need Tomori, so I would be extremely grateful if you could help me in any way — even if it means removing the pack from my account. This was an honest mistake, and I hope you can consider my situation.
