Account Ban

Hello, I’ve had a ban telling me that I’ve bought coins when I haven’t and I have legit spent hundred's of pounds over the last few days and weeks….. this has to be some sort of joke from there end and I can’t access anything. I submitted an appeal but I need to talk to someone over the phone and there chat does not work at all… has this happened to anyone else ? I have submitted and appeal

    Our terms of service team are the ones with the power to uphold or revoke bans, and the only way to reach out directly to them is via an appeal. They don't have a number to call. I can only recommend patience as you wait for them to get back to you. 🙂 Hopefully you'll get a response from them soon.

  • You can try their help team but you will not get anything other thatn dismissive cut ans paste responses. 

    Ensure you get your data from EA if you are based in Europe via  GDPR request and then send them a formal letter.

    How long will this take and is there a way to contact them or a way for them to talk to you ? I’ve spent over £300 in the last few weeks so I expect a full refund with this amount of stress when I’ve done nothing wrong at all. I can provide receipts for all the Microsoft payment to EA slash FC26
