Can’t Find Opponents in Ultimate Team – Division Rivals Time Lost

 

Hello EA Support,
I cant find any opponents in EA FC 26 Ultimate Team Division Rivals. It keeps saying Searching for opponent and never connects.
I already tried everything: restarted router, disabled crossplay, flushed DNS, renewed IP, and checked NAT type but nothing works.
I just came back from my night shift and wanted to finish my Division Rivals games before the weekly deadline but I lost all my time because of this issue.
Please fix this problem or compensate players who missed matches because of the server issue.
Platform: PC
Region: Germany (EU Servers)

    I can’t play a single ultimate team game mode this morning! It was my last chance to play all of the silver cup games for the rewards. Now I’ll miss out because I can’t find any opponents, same with the rush rewards as well. Frustrating! Now the server is down apparently.

    I do hope we get some compensation as many players won’t have the opportunity to finish off the objectives while the servers are down.
