I pre ordered FC26 to be able to play early and till now I can’t play any matches for rivals & rush neither online tournaments. Every time i tries to play there is black window displays in the middle of screen and the joystick stops and I can’t move the players and this causes a lot of losses and I didn’t get any points so I am wasting time and money for buying the game. I an waiting for any reply.
