Companion / web app not working

Question

I have been playing almost for a month now and this is not my first time playing eafc I played eafc 25 regularly but for some reason when I login it give me the "login unavailable" message . I contacted support 4 TIMES and no one solved my issue if anyone knows please help me with this problem

I have the same issue, contacted them many times as well, at the end they said they do not know how to fix it. very bad service from EA.&nbsp;

same issue here. trying to get an answer or solution form EA is like getting blood from a stone. useless&nbsp;
