Controllers don’t work in online modes (Division Rivals,Online Draft etc)

Hi,

I have a problem with both of my PS5 DualSense controllers in FIFA 26 (Steam version) on PC. They work okay in offline modes (Career, Kick Off, etc.), but in online modes (Division Rivals, Online Draft, etc.) they don’t respond at all.

I’ve already tried updating Windows and GPU drivers, reinstalling the game and EA App, reinstalling EA AntiCheat, using both USB and Bluetooth connections, and running as administrator — but nothing helped.

Could you please help me fix this issue? I need guidance on what settings or steps to try so that my controllers will work in online modes.
