disconnection problems

i was winnng today in 3 fut champs mathes and people pause disconnect and i get the lost???  what the hell its going on here i even dont have crossplay to avoid hackers and this happens??? what kind of rewards can i get if people are abussing of this after your last patch it broke somthing also the cosmetics are broken now
