Doesn’t let me enter ultimate team

Honestly, what’s the point of a game that doesn’t help its audience. I’ve seen everyone have an issue where it says “connecting to ultimate team is not possible at the moment and nothing. Just tell us what to do so we can fix that problem but it seems like even EA can’t fix their problem
