Don't let me open ultimate

Hi, I can access my EA account and Ultimate Team on the Web App, but I cannot enter Ultimate Team on my PS5. This started after a match where I won, but the match wasn’t counted. I have tried reinstalling the game and checking my account connection, but the issue persists. Please help me resolve this so I can access Ultimate Team again on my console.
