EA FC 26

I oredered my ultimate edition on September. I still haven’t received any bonus besides 4k fc points. I was supposed to get premium pass and icon player and all that but still haven’t received it. Also my games says standard edition while I pre-ordered ultimate edition.

I tried contacting ea regarding this matter and they told me “I understand this is unusual, but the pre-order content you should have received is automatically linked to your order, meaning the retailer/platform where you purchased the game should have granted the content. I've checked, and it appears the pre-order contents, such as the season pass and other rewards, are missing from your account.. I would request you to contact PSN support once and let them know you've not received the season pass, they will check your order details and rectify the issue with the order once they grant the content from their end it will be added in your game automatically. Since, we are unable to track the purchase order we will not be able to rectify it from our end”

Then I went back to PlayStation support and asked them to fix the issue and hear is what they told me “Thank you so much for waiting. I was verifying the information in the system and I can see that the entitlements have already been transferred to the game server, so you will need to contact the game publisher Electronic Arts Inc for further advice.” 

I have been sent back and forth and have to repeat myself over and over again. Please let me know if anyone has similar issues and is there any solution to it?
