I can't sell any player and the support team is super unprofessional

The advisor informed me that my account has been soft-banned, despite there being no valid reason for it. He mentioned that the ban would be lifted within a few hours, but it has now been weeks with no updates. Additionally, when I checked the account status page, it shows that there are no penalties on my account and my history is clear. What exactly is the issue, and when will the ban be removed?!!!!!!!!  

I did nothing wrong I tried to reach out to ur support again on a different channel ( X, Email, EA Help page, multiple tickets ) and received no response other than this unqualified agent u can not unfairly punish a player and keep ignoring them if u have a valid reason prove it in other ways remove ur unfair ban, we want to enjoy this game while we still can!
