I got banned for no reason

Hello EA Team,

I recently received a ban for “match collusion,” but I have never engaged in any unfair behavior or intentional losing.  

I always play fairly and competitively against random opponents.  

This must be a mistake or a system detection error.  

Please review my account again, as I genuinely did not break any rules.  

I would really appreciate your help in removing this suspension.
