Sad but validating to see how many other people are having this issue. I suggest not letting it go, and continuing to escalate the issue. This company needs to learn about customer service, and if the only way is to increase their workload and costs, so be it.

The biggest issue is that they are just ignoring what is happening and nobody can do anything about it.
Unless some content creator picks up on it and spreads the word they will most likely just sweep it under the carpet, or fix it eventually, whenever that might be and then act like they are the big heroes and that they fixed all these bans etc.
Not to mention that there won't be any compensation either
