Mass False Bans for “Balance Transfer” on PC

Hey, I'm having the exact same issue, two nights ago I bought the pc version to have a fresh account for toty (normally I play on ps5) As of then I didn't even have access to the transfer market because it was a new account so the only coins I was making was through games. In the morning yesterday I was playing fut champs after I got disconnected out of a game by an opposing player and directly after I was hit with an email saying I was banned for 2 week due to "farming" I go to appeal my case as I had done nothing wrong I've been a loyal fc player for years now and when I see what my ban is under it says "Balance Transfering" permanently, this makes absolutely no sense as I didn't even have access to the transfer market so I couldn't buy or sell players. Any updates? I really need this account back as it was connected to my main fc account on playstation. I was told I would get a response within 24 hours and I haven't received anything yet.
