Mass False Bans for “Balance Transfer” on PC

Hi there, last night I got access to the market again after my appeal had been labeled overturned. I sold 2 players and got banned again this morning. Do I really have to wait days on end again for my appeal to go through during TOTY?

Case number: #235578146 my PlayStation account was banned for cheating, but cheating is not possible on console. I have never used any third-party software. Could you please review my case and lift the ban ? Please , Toty is starting. I have been saving packs for TOTY since the game was released, and every year I do a bulk pack opening. Please do not take away something I truly enjoy doing every year.

I made sure you see it, and i think you indeed did saw all my socialmedia posts. Nice you got it fixed. Better late than never. But i think youll need to think about some form of compesation for the mistake you made. Almost 10days w/o having an access to whole ea fc library and not being able to manage my investments is kinda pain in the **bleep**. Lost so many coins and opportunities to make limited time sbcs/ events.

Yes my case is solved now. But I did not get that Ea was sorry for banned me 3 days or gave any compensation. Im afraid to buy things ingame now with real money. Sure it will happen again.. 

Can we get confirmation that the update that just went out fixes anything in relation to this problem? People are already getting banned again after just selling some cards like the normally would.

In my opinion a statement to the PC player base should be made and a public apology - with some form of compensation to the victims.

To add context, I’m an **EA Play Pro member** who’s invested both time and money into supporting EA’s ecosystem. I purchased EA Sports FC on **December 28th**, and since then, I’ve logged **242.2 hours** of straight, legitimate gameplay: grinding Division Rivals, clearing Squad Battle objectives, and playing casual matches with friends. I only use my **Xbox Elite Controller Series 2**—no hacks, mods, exploits, or modified hardware of any kind.

As a paying EA Play Pro member, this ban feels like a slap in the face. I’ve poured hundreds of hours into this game and trusted EA’s anti-cheat system, only to be caught in a widespread glitch that’s ruined my experience. The "cheating" claim in the ban notice is completely false, and the 242.2 hours of consistent, normal gameplay on my account proves it.

We all know the anti-cheat system failed catastrophically that day. I’m begging EA to take a second look at my case, dig into my activity logs, and reverse this unfair ban. If you were also hit by the Jan 16 ban wave, drop a comment below—let’s make sure EA hears our voices and fixes this mess.

Always banned still the 16st. Banned beacause I have buyed 60-70 85s card at 3k 😂😂
