My EA SPORTS FC 26 Transfer Market access has been blocked for “Balance Transfer” / “Coin transfer” and I believe this is a false positive.
I have never bought coins and I did not transfer coins between accounts.
I have been trading normally and I have a lot of coins already (I do not need to buy coins). My account is old and legit (EA account since 2013) and I have played around 1500 matches on FC 26.
The issue happened after I accidentally bought a few IF cards for much higher prices than their normal market value. These purchases were mistakes and I still have the cards in my transfer list.
I already opened an appeal (Case ID: 235666266) and it is marked as “Transferred”, but I am still blocked from the Transfer Market.
Has anyone had a similar situation and got their Transfer Market access restored after a manual review?
