I want to confirm that this issue has not been solved.
My transfer market ban was overturned under case #235503244, along with many other affected players. Frustratingly, within just a few days of that correction, my account along with other players has now been incorrectly banned again for the same alleged offence under case #236233027.
This clearly shows the problem is ongoing and systemic. Many rule-abiding players remain banned, and those who were previously unbanned are now being wrongly flagged again, including OP HelmanzzWRZ .
Given this, the thread should not be marked as solved. This is a recurring and widely reported issue, and it should remain open until a permanent fix has been implemented to your detection system with a lasting resolution for the repeated false positives.
EA’s loyal customers simply want to play and enjoy the game they have paid for, without the constant risk of incorrect enforcement.
I would appreciate this being escalated appropriately and look forward to your response.
