The thing is EA_Vendcera that this is not fixed.
We were banned, unbanned with mass unban, banned again the following day, then next morning unbanned only to get banned again?
I got unbanned 24th of january w/o any email stating that. My cases disappeared on help.ea and i had online access to the game, but guess what happened same evening. I got an email stating that my appeal (previous case) is being rejected (by a bot obviously), but i still was able to play the game. Yesterday i played for whole day, was enjoying the freedom, bought some packs, and what happened at 2am? Another email stating my online access is taken away AGAIN! What a surprise!
You're giving me no option but to renew ECC request on taking this to the court, im giving You time by the end of this week so monday 2nd of february i take everyone that was affected from EU and we do a class action lawsuit against you.
