thank you for all your reports and making us aware of these false bans. Our Security team reviewed the cases and, as many of you already learned, removed a lot of the sanctions.

Hi I have a Case, I got banned permanently banned from playing FC26, I had being playing since FC22 always fallowing the rules, I never did nothing against EA sports rules, I go permanently banned for coins distribution when I never did something like that, I sold My dembele toty Yashin Toty and Golds rares players from 84-87 rated cards Couple hours Later I was In a match And received a Email I’m permanently banned while I’m playing later I when to check the Email and It was crazy, I open the case directly from the Email And Is marking my case From PC went I don’t play in PC I play In PS5 Console, is really frustrating because I spend A lot of Money On FiFa Points All years And This is happening to me with out doing such a thing like distributing coins Or break EA Rules Is really frustrating!!!!!!
