Mass False Bans for “Balance Transfer” on PC

Hey all,

First post here, I came across this thread as I'm obviously in the same boat as all of you.

For context, I've had an account for 12 years, played 700 hours on this FC and average about 1000 a title. Yeah, I'm a nerd with a love of football.

And I've been banned from online in every past,  present and future FC title. My crime you ask?

I heard a Ronaldo SBC was coming out. I dabble in the transfer market, I'm on about 2 million coins liquid at this point but most of my coins come from rewards - I complete every rivals/champs/squad battles every week (nerd alert). I thought about the Ronaldo SBC and in my mind I thought you would need a high rated inform, probably Portuguese, probably from the Premier league, probably from United. 

There was one card that fit that description perfectly, Bruno Fernandes 88 rated inform. He was going for about 27k at the time but I could see on futbin on release he was selling for over 200k for a bit, plus his max price was still set at 250k.

Call me stupid, call me naive, but I just play FC for the fun of it and didn't realise there was this mad banning wave over listing cards at a max price that EA have set themselves. I didn't think much of it and listed them all at max price, not really expecting them to sell unless his card went extinct when it went out of packs but thought I could relist them in a couple days when the SBC came out and make a few coins.

Unfortunately/fortunately? Someone bought him. Maybe he went extinct for a period (I'm on PC), or maybe it was an account trying to coin transfer. From my eyes it makes no difference, I had absolutely no intent or contact with anyone involved in coin transferring. To ban someone from content that they've used real money for over assumedly breaking their terms and conditions is at the very least immoral - I would go as far to say illegal. 

Has anyone had any success overturning these bans? I don't see what the point is now, I've appealed 4 times and just get the same automated response back every time. I've missed out on packing TOTY Pina now. My future wife gone forever. 

Refunds anyone?
