appealed for the FOURTH time and received confirmation for the fourth time that the sanctions were wrong and that they were being lifted, but the transfer market was still inaccessible. In the online chat they refer to the fact that there are still sanctions, but they do not have access to TOS data and ask to wait... in the meantime, the ban arrived on 01/19/2026 and nothing has been

Now I contacted the online consultant again and here is his answer:
Thanks for waiting. So, as I have already found out, you are right, the ban has already been lifted, however, in order to gain access to the Transfer Market again you will need to continue playing. In addition, you will have to start all over again to get the Transfer Market back.
Why should I start anything from the beginning if my ban is wrong?!
did your appeal get denied 4 times? or did you submit 4 different appeals?
no, I filed appeals one by one. The first one was just rejected automatically (I don’t take it into account), and then I applied again, it was approved, but they didn’t give me anything and I applied again - and so on 4 times. In total, I have 4 successful appeals, which led to nothing except the green mark “cancellation of the decision.”
PS: since I was approved for one appeal, the list of my violations is empty, but I still don’t have access to the market. That's why I submitted more and more
