Missing icon pack and points
i pre ordered fc 26 and havent recieved my icon player pick/pack or my points and i see alot of people not getting it either, how fast can this be fixed?

It’s Saturday 9.20.25 i preordered FC26 Ultimate edition and the game has been out for an entire day. I still only have FC points and no Icon Packs at all. Is anybody else still experiencing this on PS5? I’ve closed the game out and reset the console multiple times.
