PLEASE HELP

Hello everyone,

I am writing from Turkey. About two weeks ago, playing FC 26 suddenly became almost impossible for me, and no matter what I do, I can’t find a solution. From the moment I launch the game, I receive an EA servers connection error. Because of this, I initially can’t enter the game at all.

When I close and reopen the game and the connection is finally established, I am stuck on a plain blue screen and the game never proceeds to the main menu. After closing and reopening it again, I sometimes reach the initial startup menu, but I still can’t enter Ultimate Team.

After repeating this process many times, when I finally manage to connect to Ultimate Team hours later, the game becomes extremely slow and randomly freezes on any screen. When this happens, I am sent back to the beginning again. Playing the game has become impossible. I have tried everything, including changing DNS settings and modem/router configurations.

Please help.
