*Subject:* Still No Fix for Hanging After 1+ Year of Promises - Graphics Updates Aren’t Enough | Uninstalling Soon

I’ve been playing FC Mobile for 3 years. The hanging/freezing issue started over a year ago. 

*You’ve promised to fix the hanging issue multiple times, but you still haven’t.* You only update the game with new events, cards, and graphics. Nothing else. Stability is ignored.

*How it hangs:*

1. *Since last year* - H2H freezes mid-match, kick-off, 45th/90th minute. Force close needed every time

2. *Now worse* - After April 2026 update, even menus, squad screen, and VSA hang. Whole app locks up

3. *Gets worse per session* - Play 2-3 matches and it slows down until it freezes. Clear memory leak

*Yes, graphics are better.* Player models and stadiums look good now. But graphics don’t matter when I can’t play. The actual playing of the game is boring and frustrating because it hangs constantly.

My storage is fine. Internet is strong. Every other app works. This is 100% on your side.

You acknowledged “server issues” April 15, 2026. But we heard the same “we’re investigating” last year. Nothing changed except more content updates.

I’ve stayed for 3 years, but I’m done being patient. If you don’t fix stability soon, I am uninstalling. A football game that can’t run matches isn’t a game.

Stop with events and fix the core game first!!!
