Transfer ban for no reason after £300 worth of points bought

Has anyone else had this issue because im absolutely raging and can’t believe after spending a small fortune on fc points & doing nothing to break the rules im transfer banned for suspicious activit...

I just got banned as well for selling 10 players at the highest price they can be sold at i got banned for that!!!!!! And nobody is answering me when i write out here!!
