Transfer market locked

I have played FIFA since FIFA 12 and the only year I hadn’t got it was last year. Now to enter the transfer market after spending £90 on a preorder ultimate edition it’s making me grind for days to get access?

I want a refund and remember why I didn’t buy the game last year. 

This needs sorting out ASAP
