Ultimate Team mode

I haven't been able to access Ultimate Team mode for three days. I keep getting an error message, and I've attached a screenshot for clarification. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible. My account has been active since 2014, and I play this mode regularly. I've tried all the solutions, but nothing works. Please address my problem urgently, or I will request financial compensation.
