Unable to Access Ultimate Team in FC26

I am contacting you regarding my EA account with the email [edit: email address removed] and username aliii_mahziar. I am unable to access the Ultimate Team (FUT) mode in EA SPORTS FC 26, although the main game runs without any issues.
I would like to request a thorough review of my account to check whether there are any restrictions or bans applied to it. I have always tried to comply with EA's Terms of Service and Fair Play policies. If my account is restricted, I kindly request guidance on the necessary steps to restore access to Ultimate Team.
