Unstable Connection FC

I lost count of how many games I’ve lost (both FUT and Pro Clubs) because of unstable connection as I’m trying to organize my defense or setting up my shot.

If I’m experience unstable connection, is it affecting my opponent(s) as well? It sure doesn’t feel like it. Any tricks or tips to fix this would be greatly appreciated.

    EA_Darko​ I’ve tried a bunch of those tips at various times. Still no luck. I literally just lost a game 4-2. All of my opponents goals came when the game hit  over 1K MS Ping and as I was trying to defend. The next thing I saw was the celebration or the kick off. I’ve been researching online and have seen some mentions that perhaps it could have something to do with my region and the servers to which I’m being connected. I don’t know if there is any way to find out which is most reliable and connect to that one.
