Urgent Issue with Transfer Market and Account Functionality in FC 26 (PS5)
Dear EA Support Team,
I am reaching out regarding a serious issue I am facing with my FC 26 account on PlayStation 5.
I originally played FIFA since FIFA 15 using my main account, but unfortunately, I lost access to that account due to forgotten login details after taking a break from the game. As a result, I had to start fresh with a new account.
On this new account, the Transfer Market was initially locked. I completed the required objectives, and the market was eventually unlocked. However, I have since been experiencing repeated problems:
- Each time I attempt to access the Transfer Market, I often receive an error message stating there is a problem with Ultimate Team, which forces me out of the market.
- The situation has worsened: I am now unable to sell any players. I consistently receive a message saying I have reached the maximum selling limit and must wait 24 hours. This error has persisted for three consecutive days (72 hours) despite the fact that I have not sold any players.
Because of this, I have lost significant value on my players due to the market price drop, and the problem remains unresolved with no clear timeline. This situation has made the game unplayable and extremely frustrating.
I urgently request a solution to this issue. If the problem cannot be resolved immediately, I will have no choice but to request a refund for both the game and my EA subscription, as this feels like an unfair and unacceptable experience.
Please investigate and provide a prompt resolution.
