Useless company game crashes every time I play a game

You lot are absolutely USELESS. 

I spent $89 on the Ultimate Edition just for the game to crash every time I get into a game. I have played probably around 50 matches and only about 2 have completed without crashing. No error code or anything, game just crashes and brings me back to my desktop. My computer is well beyond recommended specs so I'm not sure what is happening. I've tried everything I can to resolve the issue whilst this billion dollar company sits there and does nothing.
