Was told by EA Help to come here...
Hi EA,
I have been lead on what seems to be somewhat of an easter egg hunt to resolve the issue that myself and many others had a couple weeks ago regarding the PC disconnects within FUT UT. I had expressed to the team at EA Help that I had been losing out on content and progress due to the fact that I was unable to complete a single match for about 6 days. I had been told that I would receive an email as a follow up once the issue was resolved but had no such email. Each day I would check back with the team at EA Help and I'd be met with the same response of "the technical tam are aware of the issue and have not found a fix yet, you will receive an email once there is an update regarding this issue" I'd really appreciate if a manager could get into contact with me to resolve this issue.
