Worst experience ever in FC26, got a false ban for almost 1 week and no response

Now, due to EA's false ban, my game has been suspended for almost a week. There has been no compensation for the in-game rewards and Game Pass EXP lost during this period. I have appealed this ban, but EA's response and handling have been extremely slow. Most critically, contacting their customer support has been completely ineffective. What's more, after buying FIFA for so many years—from FIFA to FC—and always being a rule-abiding player all this time, I am now wrongly labeled a cheater, and the process is so slow. I simply cannot accept such unfair and unjust treatment. 

I don't mind if the system sometimes falsely bans players—it's for the health of the game environment. The real issue is that problems need to be resolved quickly. EA offers no compensation, drags its feet on handling issues, and contacting support only makes you angrier. Support always tells you to wait, and if you ask too much, they say it's "not their team to deal with this ." What's the point of such support then? The appeal process is completely one-sided—it's like begging EA like a clown to unban you. This entire process is a joke in 2025.

    i’ve had the exact same issue. i’m still banned but i received a email 3 days ago stating “i can continue to play ea fc 26 like normal” but whenever i try to log on either on phone or on my ps5 it says my account is still disabled. have they unban you yet or are you still waiting?

    Moreover, your EA Advisors and the account ban investigation team are completely separate departments. Players who need an unban have no way to contact the specialized team directly, creating a severe information asymmetry. Otherwise, imagine being falsely banned without compensation, watching your account lose so many rewards every day—do you think that's a good experience for any player? I respect and understand your User Agreement, but this unequal communication method and inefficient handling are truly disappointing.

    I understand first of all that checking the case status shows it entered "waiting on studio" 3 days ago. You might tell me it could take up to 10 days to process. So let me ask: next week is Christmas, entering the holiday period. Am I supposed to wait for you all to come back from vacation? The key point is, this is a false ban in my case. And more crucially, EA never compensates players for its own false bans, does it? If I were falsely banned for over a week during the Team of the Year (TOTY) period, would there even be any point in playing FC for the rest of the year? I respect that you might issue false bans to maintain the game environment, but is it reasonable for players to bear the consequences of your mistakes?

    Just to check, what's the status of your case if you check under My Cases? (Just be careful not to continue it, as that will pull it out of the queue.)

    Unfortunately there isn't a way to "fast track" your way through the appeals process. Depending on a number of factors such as volume, it can take a few days before our terms of service team can investigate your appeal.
