Wrongly banned

I got wrongly transfer banned for buying live path to glory cards during a game and they went up in price . Have appealed multiple times and keep getting the stupid ai automated response.  I cant appeal anymore now and im still wrongly banned .  Why do EA only care about take money of people and not their players . Scum

    Hey there noodle2T10​, sorry to see that you are having issues.

    You can find all the info around appealing a ban or sanction here

    I know you have already appealed a number of times but in situations like this all we on the forums can do is direct you to our appeals team.

    While the team will use templates for uniformity in reply, all appeals are fully investigated by a human member of the team.

    Sorry to say but if you have exhausted the appeals process then there would be nothing more that we can do to assist noodle2T10​.

    Also, all appeals are investigated by a human member of the team. It is not AI but a flesh and blood living human though I can imagine that at times they wish they were AI much like we do here.

    I can no longer appeal the ban as I have done it to many times . And the terms of service team is clearly an ai that just regurgitates the same message.  You dont care about your customers.  I spoke to a adviser on ea live chat and they looked at the trades and where able to tell me.i shouldn't have been banned
