fc pro competitive lobby

Dear EA Support Team,

I am contacting you regarding a persistent issue with FC Pro Competitive Mode in EA SPORTS FC 27 on PS5.

I reached Division 5 in Ultimate Team Rivals before October 3, meeting the required deadline. I can access FC Pro and the FC Pro Open Ladder, but the Competitive Game Mode that allows players to create private matches and invite others using a code is completely missing.

Other PS5 players have reported the exact same issue on the EA Forums, so this appears to be a wider problem rather than an issue with my individual account.

I have been waiting for this feature to become available, but I have not received a clear response or any information about when the issue will be fixed.

Could you please confirm:

1. Why the FC Pro Competitive Game Mode is missing despite meeting the eligibility requirements.
2. Whether this is a known issue affecting PS5 players.
3. When the private lobby feature and code-based invitations are expected to become available.

I would appreciate a clear answer from the relevant technical team rather than a generic troubleshooting response.
