"Thank you for the response, but I find this explanation completely unacceptable. Saying that 'pack luck is the same for everyone' doesn't justify the massive disparity I am seeing.
Spending over 150,000 diamonds and only getting two 117 OVR players, while others get a full squad with just 50,000 diamonds, is not just 'bad luck'—it feels like a broken system for dedicated players. If playing more or investing more resources doesn't even guarantee a reasonable reward, then the system is fundamentally flawed and discouraging.
As a loyal player, I expect more than just a template reply. I strongly urge the team to re-evaluate the reward distribution for high-investment accounts, as this experience is making me lose all interest in the game."
