Connection Lost

Hello EA,

I,m playing fc mobile from past 4 months. When UTOTY started in February most of the when I play division rival matches there is a lost in sever connection even my internet connection is also good but it happens to me most of the time. Please fix this problem🙏.

Hi 6h3anbfrp600 , sorry to hear you are running into these connectivity issues.

Here are a couple of steps that have helped other FC Mobile players in similar situations:

Force close FC Mobile and restart your phone/tablet.

Try a different network (switch Wi-Fi and mobile data, or another Wi-Fi) and test a Division Rivals match.

Clear the FC Mobile cache and relaunch the game

If you’re using any VPN/proxy/ad-block network, turn it off and try again.
