Device is an Oppo Reno 10 pro+
Running running ColorOS 16.0.5
It's a linked account through both Google play and EA
Was last able to access the game about 1day ago( 30 hours ago)
Can't test on other devices

- Do you experience this issue for a Guest or a linked account?
- Approximately when you were last able to access the game successfully.
- Whether the issue occurs on another network or another compatible device, if you're able to test.

The game gives me an error where it says unable to access current configuration and I've tried everything
I've cleared both data and cache, I've force stopped it, I've uninstalled and reinstalled it and switched from WiFi to mobile data but still it's not working
Also tried every single step of the EA troubleshooting and still no change

FC Mobile is saying it can't connect to configuration of current build and I've tried every step of the troubleshooting and nothing has worked

Please go through the basic mobile troubleshooting steps (restart the device, make sure the game is updated, check your connection, and clear the cache only, not the game data).
If this was only a Guest account, please don't reinstall the game, as Guest accounts are stored locally on the device.
