Game Loading Error - Unable to access the configuration of current build.

my little brother start open he fc mobile but the system said like retry and then he try so hard to get it because he just use account guest but before this he can log in back but for now cant, please help and this is he old id

    Device is an Oppo Reno 10 pro+

    Running running ColorOS 16.0.5

    It's a linked account through both Google play and EA

    Was last able to access the game about 1day ago( 30 hours ago)

    Can't test on other devices

    Thanks for the info. Since you've already tried clearing the cache and data, reinstalling the game, switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data, and completing all of the troubleshooting steps without any improvement, I'd like to gather a few more details.

    Could you please let us know:

    • Your device make, model and OS version.
    • Do you experience this issue for a Guest or a linked account?
    • Approximately when you were last able to access the game successfully.
    • Whether the issue occurs on another network or another compatible device, if you're able to test.
  • The game gives me an error where it says unable to access current configuration and I've tried everything 

    I've cleared both data and cache, I've force stopped it, I've uninstalled and reinstalled it and switched from WiFi to mobile data but still it's not working 

    Also tried every single step of the EA troubleshooting and still no change

  • FC Mobile is saying it can't connect to configuration of current build and I've tried every step of the troubleshooting and nothing has worked

    Hi there. Sorry to hear that the game doesn't load because of this error on your device. 

     Please go through the basic mobile troubleshooting steps (restart the device, make sure the game is updated, check your connection, and clear the cache only, not the game data).

    If this was only a Guest account, please don't reinstall the game, as Guest accounts are stored locally on the device.
