Cant play on any mode

@EASFCMOBILE im not able to play on any mode from yesterday because the game crashes right before the match begins🤦🏽‍♂️ after downloading 100%. This is on all modes. 

It says resource download error & matchmaking failed. & also the 'matchmaking failed' games are recorded as loses🤦🏽‍♂️

Also  it wont open future stars box & the game freezes completely after i tap. Pls help

    hmmm. Weird, didn't have any issues with EA servers in the past few days. What's your mobile device? What OS is it running, and does your device have enough space on it? Etc.
    You could try downloading the Bluestacks mobile device emulator and installing FCM there, it will either rule out your device or point it to it.

    • Samsung & it has more than enough space. This problem started just 2 days ago. I downloaded pes yesterday for the 1st time & it played perfectly.Never experienced this before. But nba live & fc mobile wont play

    Same **bleep** is happening to me as well😭 I'm losing stars which I gained by decent grinding. It happened twice continuously, and it happens every day , They need to fix this issue soon

  • I Uninstalled & reinstalled & cleared cache. The issue still remains. Now it says 'download overtime'

     ive also downloaded nba live & i was unable to play . It said the same thing. Is something up with ea servers or what.

     

  • I have flagged 5 posts from you to CMs to merge, as you are literally posting about the same thing. I get that it's annoying when the game does not work, but FIVE separate posts with the same content does class as spamming, so please adhere to the forum rules and report the problem in one place. Also, never share your UID in a public forum.

    Now, as far as your actual problem is concerned, it does sound like a game corruption. Here is what I would do (if you have not done it yet).

    - Link your account to Gmail/FB/EA account.
    - Uninstall the game
    - Reboot your device
    - Install the game
    - Re-link your account 
    Then try playing a friendly DR or any PVE game, and let us know what happens and if you are getting any errors (in one post - here ).
