Issue with network connection and match making

I've been playing fifa mobile since 2022 time and after that the game changed to ea and I've spend so much fc points and used so many packs to open but I never get any better players and it's cost my money literally it's feel like scam and I'm wondering everyone get better players with packs I've got only average players and network issue whenever I connect to play there got show ping green colour after into the game it's show connection lost and so many matches I lost because of network issue another issue is match making why ea giving low OVR opponent whenever I want to reach fc champion and increase my stars please kindly assist on this issue
