Login Streak

I've been logged in for 28 days, as you can see in the image. But for the Ragnarok mission, hero quest, and icon quest, I'm stuck at 20 days, 7 days, and 8 days. My login progress isn't increasing. I've asked EA Help for help, but there's no progress. Please help! I just want to play and get my rewards.

    Thanks for flagging this with us and including those screenshots. This sounds like a potential bug. I'll pop this bug on the team's radar.

     They may need to replicate the issue to better understand what's going on, and it'd help if I could pass on your User ID.

    Could you share your User ID in a DM with me? I'll pass it on to the team to help them look into the login progress issue.

    Done mam. I hope this problem can be resolved soon, because it's been almost a month since i contacted EA Help and there has been no progress :(

    Have you force closed the app, cleared the game cache and restarted the device?

    Done, I've reinstalled, cleared the cache, and created a forum discussion, but there's been no progress. Please respond and help. I just want to claim my login reward.

    Did you DM your information to EA_Lanna?

    it sounds like it might be an account specific glitch, which is not something that we can assist with in the forums or that a bug report is going to resolve
