Regarding unfair ban

Dear EA,

I was just trying to log into to fc mobile to get my dailies when I get a ban message. I sent three appeals with proofs as to me not cheating according to your biased reviews, and they keep on giving me the same message saying they can not unban me. I don’t know what happened, and I saved up 340 phase 2 tokens and was planning on exchange 2 116s for the new 117 Henry card. Please somebody give me advice as to what I can do to appeal and get unbanned cause I genuinely was shocked and almost cried.

    I read through that page and the lock, suspension, and bans page, and I tried providing the evidence I could. my email was hacked around 5 months back, and I sent them proof of that since I noticed fraudulent purchases in my trash because of this phisher. However, same response, so is there a different approach I can take to getting unbanned?

    I'm so sorry to hear that. It sounds like this ban came out of the blue for you. 

    I wish I could take a look into this for you, but that's not something we can do through the EA Forums. You did the best thing by sending in a ban appeal to our Terms of Service team. They are the only team that can help with ban appeals. 

    I mentioned we won't know what triggered the ban, but it may help to read our FC Mobile rules page as it clarifies what can trigger a ban:
