Regional Limitations for Webstore

Initially created this account in Rwanda. Apparently the webstore isn’t available there. Only issue is that I’ve been in the US since 2023 so I’d figured I’d be able to access the webstore here now. Nothing, till date. I’ve tried to change my region on EA and everything but it recognizes that I’m in the US already. I’d hoped a season reset would allow me to restart and fix this problem but that didn’t happen obviously. Anyone else with a similar problem? Any workaround at all?
