Suspended for absolutely no reason at all [0x00102710]

I recently re joined game and i got decent luck getting 115 st and other things after that i get home and my account is suspended i wait for hours as thought maybe its nothing i cant do anything and ill just wait 24 hours and it will get unsuspended again but no nothing can someone actually help me i dont know what to actually do

Absolutely no idea i dont even chat in groups no hacking no cussing nothing just got banned while entering guess they did not like my account

Hi do you know what you did to get this lol? I think im also banned. I usually cuss a lot.
