I am unexpectedly unable to launch madden 24 on my Xbox series X. When loading the game, it shows the starting screen, then goes black, then forces me back to the Home Screen. At times, it’ll go past the first loading screen and appear to begin loading then it will freeze and crash again. This was not happening yesterday afternoon (12/7/2023) as I was able to play, but happened later that night. I have tried EVERYTHING possible to me and nothing will work. Here is the following I have tried:Quitting the game after I open it. Restarting my Xbox. going offline and trying to open the game, still crashes. Clearing cache from persistent storage and restarting. Signing out and trying to open it. Restarting console but keeping all games and apps. Clearing saved game data, restarting the Xbox, and retrying. changing DNS settings to 8.8.8.8 primary and 8.8.4.4 secondary, restarting then opening the game. cleared alternate MAC address then restarted the Xbox and reopened. Turning the Xbox off, and leaving unplugged for over 2 minutes multiple times then trying to launch the game. changed from wired connection to wireless. Then when that didn’t work I changed from wireless to wired internet. my NAT type is open (tested the NAT connection). Uninstalled madden 24 X|S version and reinstalled (twice). downloaded the non-X|S version and that one does launch. finally, I factory reset my entire Xbox removing all my games and apps (over 800 gbs worth), redownloaded madden 24 X|S AND THE GAME STILL WILL NOT OPEN. After the factory reset and redownloading, nothing has changed. This is BEYONG infuriating as now Madden 24 X|S still will not open (had me and my friends franchise mode on it as well) and now all my other games have to be redownloaded. I have attempted every single fix I can find. I cannot find anyone else with my same issue. What else is there left to do to fix this?thanks.

neither Madden 24 nor FC24 work on my Xbox series s.Madden 24 keeps freezing to my dashboard and FC24 I tried twice and said screw it. This is beyond acceptable and som1 should try legal action against EA SORTS, Microsoft, Xbox, and the NFL. preferably all 4These people have taken our money for nothing in return. They are thieves and need to be dealt with like thieves. But NONE of these four companies care about that or us one bitIf they did, THEY WOULD RESPOND AND FIX THIS STUPID *They Won't

Madden 24 Xbox X|S Crashing During Launch — Tried Everything

I am unexpectedly unable to launch madden 24 on my Xbox series X. When loading the game, it shows the starting screen, then goes black, then forces me back to the Home Screen. At times, it’ll go past the first loading screen and appear to begin loading then it will freeze and crash again.

This was not happening yesterday afternoon (12/7/2023) as I was able to play, but happened later that night.

Update: I still have no resolution on this and am still unable to play game. At times, I have been able to load the game and open franchise or MUT but then the game with inevitably crash.
I contacted EA support (Case #162882463) and they too were unable to assist me and closed my ticket with a status of "No fix available". I do not understand how this happens and no one has a solution that works to simply launch and play the game.

Update: I resumed my case with EA (Case #162882463) as it has been over a week of not being able to launch the game.
They did nothing but say that they are continuing to work on it. I asked if I could get a code to a different copy of the game to download as I am beginning to believe it could have something to do with EA servers not recognizing I own this game.
However, they said they were unable to assist with that and to contact Microsoft / Xbox.
So I did, Microsoft refunded me the money for the game then I waited two hours for it to show that I did not own the game anymore and repurchased it.
After it redownloaded I launched the game AND IT STILL CRASHES EVERYTIME I OPEN.
I am beyond frustrated and annoyed, as no one seems to know why I cannot launch the game. Not EA or Microsoft.
Please advise as soon as possible.

UPDATE: I wanted to add some other things I have tested / observed in troubleshooting this.
1. I have done a full reset where I disconnected the power cord from my Xbox Series X, unplugged my router and modem. Waited 5 minutes, plugged the modem and router back in, waited 5 minutes for everything to come back online, then waited an additional 5 minutes and plugged my Xbox in and launched the game. Still nothing.
2. Made a new Xbox account and tried logging in, still crashes.
3. One weird thing is that I noticed today, if I launch Madden then pull up the menu where you can still see the game in the background it actually loads but as soon as I exit the menu crashes.
The fact that there has been no resolution and I have contacted EA 4 times is infuriating. Starting to think I will never be able to play Madden 24 again which would mean the last time I play Madden ever. Absolutely ridiculous.

Update: I have heard nothing from EA about this issue and am still unable to play.
While home for the holidays, I went to a friend's house who has an Xbox Series X and Madden 24 X|S so I logged into my Xbox account and was able to load up Madden 24 no problem at all.
However, I still cannot play on my Xbox series X.
In addition, I received FC24 as a gift and after downloading it I attempted to launch it and that came crashed / will not open either!! I then downloaded NHL 23 through the EA game pass and that also will not launch on my Xbox. From my understanding now, no X|S EA games will launch on my Xbox. Absolutely ridiculous.

I have noticed this issue as well on my Xbox. Though I am still able to play the games for a little bit, 20 to 40 mins, before it either crashes or completely crashes my xbox. EVERY EA game is doing this for me. Im at a complete loss for words as to how this issue even exist and how its gone on this long.
