When will you fix this?

Everyone who spent any money on this game for a premium pass or anything else since the start of season 8 should get a full refund for this garbage. Not only does it kick me out every time I log in but every time I try to make a purchase or place a bid it kicks me out. I also purchased a 97+ overall player pack and got a 91 overall player. This has been going on for almost a week now everybody who plays this game regularly needs some free stuff like a free 99 over player or 1,000,000 in coins just for our troubles. Make this right.
