Can't install Mass Effect 2 or 3 on Xbox Series X
Just as the title says. Anytime I boot up the game and try to install the two, it hard crashes and reboots my Xbox.
Lukeyyy07 That info is perfect, thank you. The one thing I noticed is that when I installed the game fresh a few min ago, I was able to jump into ME1 without installing 2/3. It gave the option to uninstall just 1 and install 2/3. Have you uninstalled it and tried installing 2/3?
Also, and this is one of those last-resort options, when you go into Manage Games and app, under Saved Data, you should see your profile there. It gives you the option to delete from the console or delete everywhere.
I am not suggesting doing it, as I would be upset deleting my thousands of hours of galaxy travel due to an error, but I need to know if you have.
