all three scans came back with no errors and i followed the other steps all the way to i test the game and i still get the same result...
but i did notice that when i uninstalled and deleted everything of EA App, i then restarted, and downlaod the installer. when i went to inatall the EA App it said it was still on the sytstem and i can lauch or repair. i tried to launch and it did not work so i selected to repair instead and continued as instructed.
Please repeat the Revo uninstalling of EA app. Something went wrong there or you would not get this message.
Make sure you delete all remaining registry entries and folders.
