AndjiKK Do you get both errors, or just one error now?
The account side is in order. Can you follow just the steps outlined on the Unauthorized DLC Error Guide and let me know once that is completed?
Also, if you have the game and the app installed on separate drives, please install them both to the same drive to test it. - AndjiKK21 days agoRising Novice
EA_Shepard I did all the steps again, and I also have the game and EA apps on the same disk.
Can I try to run the game now? Is there anything else I need to do? - EA_Shepard20 days ago

AndjiKK At this point, there isn't anything else you would need to do, no. From an account standpoint, there isn't an issue, so the issue is local. If you get errors, are they the same ones you did originally or is there only one or the other error?

AndjiKK I have been supporting this title since its release. I completely understand that frustration, and I am going to see what I can do to get you in the game.
I know you did this already, but can you please uninstall the game, go into the downloads folder, and delete everything related to the game? If you see your save folder, move it to the desktop so you don't lose any.
Run Revo again for me, and let me know once all that is completed. Do Not reinstall it yet. - AndjiKK20 days agoRising Novice
EA_Shepard I deleted the game, cleaned the save folder, deleted the game folder itself.
I don't understand what this is "Revo"

AndjiKK Revo Uninstaller. I thought i saw you had it installed. If not, no big deal. Go ahead and reinstall the game and test it out. Let me know if you get only one error or more than one error.

EA_Shepard still the same, I cannt unable authorize DLC and, the most important thing for me, no access to multiplayer...
Please clear your temp files:
- Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time to open the Run dialog box.
- Into the new window, type or copy & paste: "%temp%" (Without the quotes.) > hit "ENTER"
- Now your Windows Explorer should have brought you to the "C:\Users\>your user name<\AppData\Local\\Temp" folder. > Delete all files and folders in it.
(If some files or folders can't be deleted, reboot and try again.)
Then:
- Go here and download "Revo Uninstaller. (The freeware version, Portable version works too.)
(Make a backup of your Savegames! (Documents\Bioware\Mass Effect 3\Saves) - Run "Revo Uninstaller" > Uninstall ME3.
- At the end of the main uninstall, Revo will ask you which cleaning method you want to use. > Select "Advance" > Browse.
- If "Remaining registration content found" is displayed > Select All > Delete > Next
- When "Remaining Data and Folders" is displayed > Select All > Delete.
- Restart the PC
- Run "Revo Uninstaller" > Uninstall EA app.
- Download a new EA app setup exe from here. (Do it even if you already have the installer!)
- Install EA app.
- Run EA app as Administrator > Click the EA app shortcut on your desktop > Run as Administrator.
- Install ME3 (If possible to the same drive as EA app.)
- Test.

holger1405 It would be easier for me to completely reinstall Windows and completely formatting the local drives.
Will this work or do I have to do all those steps again that I've already done 1000 times?
